What are your domestic shipping rates?
We offer two flat-rate domestic shipping options:

- Economy: $19.90
Your rate is calculated at checkout and subject to change. Oversized or special-request orders may be quoted separately.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How long does processing take before my order ships?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days before being handed off to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
